This course covers the basics of Python that include setting up the environment, loops, variables, functions, conditional statements, operators, input/ outputs, lists, and event listeners with an emphasis on programmatically generating interactive games.
By the end of this course, students should be able to create complex computer-generated art and games and be ready to advance to the next level.
This course covers the fundamentals of Python, i.e. loops, variables, conditional statements, turtle graphics, functions, and also introduces to intermediate-level topics such as lists, sets, dictionaries, and error checking. Students are trained to integrate these concepts to build a series of complex projects.
Students are also exposed to real-life applications of programming including Mirrored Smileys, Ping Pong Calc, and Click + Arrow Draw! games.
